These terms govern use of the web-based features provided by Miracle 10 ("the Service") and set out rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the Miracle Morning routine, goals and vision tools, Pomodoro, focus music links, and other web features offered by Miracle 10.
- "User" means anyone who accesses the Service and uses it under these terms.
Article 3 (Effect and changes)
- These terms take effect when posted in the Service.
- We may change the terms within the limits of applicable law and will notify users through the Service.
Article 4 (What we provide)
The Service may include, for example (actual features may vary by screen):
- Miracle Morning routine (visualization, affirmations, transcription, reading, etc.)
- Goals and vision board
- Pomodoro, breathing timer, quotes, and similar tools
- Links to focus music and related experiences
Article 5 (Fees)
Core features are free. Donations or payments, if offered, follow the instructions shown in the Service.
Article 6 (User conduct)
Users must not:
- Use the Service to infringe others’ rights or for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with normal operation of the Service
- Generate traffic in an abusive or automated way contrary to fair use
- Violate applicable laws or public order
Article 7 (Changes and interruption)
We may change or temporarily suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons. We will give notice when reasonably practicable.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- Content is for reference only and does not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your device or network.
- We are not liable for damages due to force majeure or third-party service outages, except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Disputes)
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; jurisdiction follows applicable civil procedure rules.
